Aceptan renuncias y dan por concluidas designaciones de Prefectos/as Regionales

RESOLUCIÓN SUPREMA

CONSIDERANDO:

Que, el Decreto Legislativo Nº 1266, Ley de Organización y Funciones del Ministerio del Interior, establece que el Ministerio del Interior tiene entre otras funciones específicas, dirigir y supervisar las funciones de las autoridades políticas designadas, con alcance nacional;

Que, el artículo 161 del Texto Integrado del Reglamento de Organización y Funciones del Ministerio del Interior, aprobado por Resolución Ministerial Nº 1520-2019-IN, señala que los Prefectos Regionales son designados por Resolución Suprema refrendada por el Ministro del Interior a propuesta del Viceministerio de Orden Interno;

Que, en aplicación del literal c) del artículo 118 del citado Texto Integrado del Reglamento de Organización y Funciones, el Despacho Viceministerial de Orden Interno, a propuesta de la Dirección General de Gobierno Interior, considera conveniente aceptar las renuncias formuladas, así como dar por concluidas las designaciones de los/las servidores/as que fueron designados/as en el cargo de Prefecto/a Regional de las diferentes regiones existentes a nivel nacional;

De conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley Nº 29158, Ley Orgánica del Poder Ejecutivo; la Ley Nº 27594, Ley que regula la participación del Poder Ejecutivo en el nombramiento y designación de funcionarios públicos; el Decreto Legislativo Nº 1266, Ley de Organización y Funciones del Ministerio del Interior; y, el Texto Integrado del Reglamento de Organización y Funciones del Ministerio del Interior, aprobado por Resolución Ministerial Nº 1520-2019-IN;

SE RESUELVE:

Artículo 1.- Aceptar la renuncia al cargo de Prefecto/a Regional, de los/las servidores/as que se detallan a continuación:
