RESOLUCIÓN DIRECTORAL

VISTO: El Informe N° 000555-2022/IN/VOI/DGIN/DAP de fecha 12 de abril de 2022 e Informe N° 000556-2022/IN/VOI/DGIN/DAP de fecha 12 de abril de 2022; emitidos por la Dirección de Autoridades Políticas de la Dirección General de Gobierno Interior, y;

CONSIDERANDO:

Que, el Decreto Legislativo Nº 1266, que aprueba la Ley de Organización y Funciones del Ministerio del Interior, determina el ámbito de competencia, las funciones y estructura orgánica del Ministerio del Interior, el cual, en el numeral 13) del inciso 5.2 del artículo 5 establece como una de las funciones específicas del Ministerio del Interior, otorgar garantías personales e inherentes al orden público; así como dirigir y supervisar las funciones de las autoridades políticas designadas, con alcance nacional;

Que, el artículo 117 del Texto Integrado del Reglamento de Organización y Funciones del Ministerio del Interior, aprobado por Resolución Ministerial N° 1520-2019-IN, establece que la Dirección General de Gobierno Interior es el órgano encargado de dirigir y supervisar el accionar de las autoridades políticas designadas;

Que, en el literal b) del artículo 118 del precitado Reglamento, se establece como una de las funciones de la Dirección General de Gobierno Interior, dirigir, designar, remover, aceptar la renuncia y encargar el puesto como las funciones a los Subprefectos Provinciales y Subprefectos Distritales, garantizando la presencia del Estado en el territorio nacional;

Que, a través de los informes de visto, la Dirección de Autoridades Políticas propone a la Dirección General de Gobierno Interior, la designación de distintas autoridades políticas a nivel nacional; de conformidad a lo establecido en el literal g) del artículo 121 del precitado Reglamento;

Que, las propuestas presentadas por la Dirección de Autoridades Políticas cumplen con el perfil establecido en el Clasificador de Cargo del Ministerio del Interior;

De conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley N° 29158, Ley Orgánica del Poder Ejecutivo; el Decreto Legislativo N° 1266, Ley de Organización y Funciones del Ministerio del Interior y modificatorias; el Texto Integrado del Reglamento de Organización y Funciones del Ministerio del Interior, aprobado por Resolución Ministerial N° 1520-2019-IN; y, el Decreto Supremo Nº 004-2019- JUS, que aprueba el Texto Único Ordenado de la Ley N° 27444, Ley del Procedimiento Administrativo General;

SE RESUELVE:
